Resources for Parents and Caregivers

The Hawaii Children’s Trust Fund (HCTF) supports parents and caregivers through advocacy, public awareness activities and events, direct service grants, training, and technical assistance to projects and programs that work directly with children and families in preventing child abuse and neglect.  Since 1993, the HCTF has provided more than $6.6 million in grants to over 150 child abuse and neglect prevention agencies statewide.
