Our Mission

The mission of the Hawai'i Children's Trust Fund is to ensure that our children develop into healthy, productive, and caring individuals by promoting the advancement of community family strengthening programs. These programs educate, assist, and support families in the prevention of child abuse and neglect.

Objectives

  • To increase community involvement in solving the problems faced by families and children living in Hawai'i
  • To develop model family strengthening programs to prevent child abuse and neglect
  • To generate support for policies and programs promoting the well-being of children and their families
  • To identify, establish, and perpetuate funding resources for family strengthening programs preventing child abuse and neglect
